Hotel heiress Paris Hilton is in deep trouble again, as prosecutors have filed papers in the court seeking 45 days imprisonment for the socialite, who has been charged for driving on a suspended license.
The papers filed sought ‘Hilton be ordered to serve 45 days in County Jail’.
Paris Hilton, who pled no contest in a September 2006 DUI case, was under 90 days of probation and her license was suspended, reports TMZ.
In February, the 26-year-old was stopped at Sunset Boulevard when police spotted her driving down in her car without headlights on.
The police later found that she was driving on a suspended license, violating terms of probation.
Also, Hilton hadn’t enrolled in an alcohol education program, within 3 weeks of the order.
In the current case, Prosecutors also want her ‘not to consume any alcohol for a continuous period of 90 days.’
During that 90-day period, the prosecutors have asked Hilton ‘to be monitored for alcohol consumption … by use of a Secure Continuous Remote Alcohol Monitoring (SCRAM) device at her expense’.
