This must be a good day for Paris Hilton.

After 3 days of the second detention ( its her second time serving jail in less than a week), she receives her first visits from friends and family.

Today she got a visit from her sister Nicky, but also from her ex boyfriend, Stavros Niarchos.

Stavros is reported to feel really bad for seeing Paris Hilton serving time even if they are not dating anymore.
