Paris Hilton was present at MTV Russian Movie Awards that took place this April 17th.
Her boyfriend is back to the united states to give a show with is band Good Charlotte (Nicole Richie also joined the tour), but the hotel heiress decided to take place and give all her glamor to this ceremony.
