Paris With Fish Tattoo?

We think Paris Hilton has a new tattoo! How do we know?

On November 25th, the Stars Are Blind singer was seen once again out and about in Beverly Hills with her boy toy, and this time, she has a tattoo on her ankle with a little fish.

You can even see a bit of pomade on top of it, so we think it’s kinda recent.
